Day 73 (438)

Surprisingly today went very well.  Thursday's for some reason has become the least favorite days of my week, replacing Tuesdays.  Even with the slippery commute from  a friends place, it was a good day! YAY!
Since I was at a friends place caring for their pet, I did a really simple pen and ink.  I'll try and post the picture tomorrow.

Happy Wednesday!   Run run run today.
Did a paper pieces since I may have to rely on pen and inks the next several days, caring for a diva name Anna.

What a day!  Even by Tuesday's standards!!  Great highlights (Tammy gets to go home today!!!) and low points (It was announced that Pastor Mark Denyes passed away).  Add the other Tuesday business, an added project I needed to do with the students requested by an outside source needing it NOW and an added meeting that I was to present at.... all things considered, it was a good day.

First 45 minutes of the school day spent in the dark (power outage),  rest of the was actually pretty good, which is amazing for a Monday and being a Monday after daylight savings time!
I did a papercut that I wish included sound affects.   Got a lot done tonight incase I need to visit someone at the hospital tomorrow. Fingers and toes crossed that I won't have to ( because it'll mean they get to go home).

It seemed like a long Sunday.  Worked at church this morning.... it was the official first day with the new senior pastor, a swearing in of sorts (can't think of the proper term), so the services went way long!!   From there went to the hospital to visit with someone for the rest of the day, which was nice.  We read the paper, chatted and watched HGTV.  A lovely way to spend a dreary day.
For creature, I did a pen and ink during the break between service.

Wet, rainy and cold Saturday.  Spent the day on the go, taxes done, visit with a friend and sat with another in the hospital.
Did this simple snail like creature in disguise.

Bizarre long day.  AM drive to work = detour around police tape due to a shooting and seeing 2 men fighting each other in the middle of the street near work @ 6:40 AM!  Later another road sectioned off due to a police standoff with someone as I drove to visit someone. And later still, getting lost due to a detour in South Mpls and having to drive around the still going police standoff.  Beginning to wonder if a move is in order
Tired.   Just did a tiny (less than an inch squared) simple pen and ink.
