Just Dave's Creations: 365 Days of Creatures

I took on the challenge of being creative at least once a day for the year 2012 using color. Looking back at all the pieces from 2012, I realized the ones that stood out and gave me the most joy, were the creatures (sad frog, the monsters,...) 2013 was the year of creatures. This year (2014) I'm continuing with the creatures but making them around the theme of children's stories/nursery rhymes. When all the characters are finished, I'll assemble them into a story picture.

Day 65: Orange

Tomorrow the accreditation teams come to our school and start their three day stint. Yikes! A little pressure. Last night my dreams were about that and a wee bit orange intertwined amongst it. So I wasn't sure what I was going to do ..So after two attempts I came up with a floral pen and ink heart ...and I was amazed how much I liked it concidering I had no idea the direction I was taking it when I started it. Peace and fabulousness!
